The Process
Choose Your Membership
At lease signing, you'll select Foundation or Signature — the membership tier that fits how you live. Every resident is covered with access to services for the duration of your lease through a nominal built in amenity fee.
Set Your Preferences
Tell us how you like things done — Want us to stay out of the home office? Watch for a furry friend? Give the kitchen extra attention this month? Set and update your preferences each time, the cleaner reviews before starting.
Meet Your Cleaner
You have a dedicated, background-checked team of cleaners assigned exclusively to your community — not a rotating gig worker. They get to know you, your home and your preferences over time.
Schedule With Ease
Book your cleanings through our simple resident portal. Foundation members can schedule a clean whenever it's needed, up to once a month. Signature members get one cleaning built into every month — you simply choose the day it happens. Either way, scheduling stays entirely on your terms

Come home to a professionally cleaned space, every time — we use non-toxic products that are safe for your home, your pets, and your family.
We Make It Right
After every visit, let us know how it went. Missed a spot? Our team is on-site and ready to make it right — if anything needs a touch-up, we'll take care of it quickly, no hassle.
Move-Out
When You Move Out, You're Covered.
Gone are the days of scrambling to self-clean after move out. Your move-out clean helps protect your security deposit and is handled by the same team who already knows your home. We'll send you a reminder to schedule it when your lease period is coming to an end.
Pack your stuff and take off — we'll handle it. Foundation members receive a discounted member rate. Signature members receive theirs fully included ($200–$400 value).
